Former President Gotabaya Rajapaksa is preparing to return to politics, reports the Daily Mirror.
According to the report, the former President has been supporting the Motherland People's Front, which is recently led by renowned businessman Dilith Jayaweera.
It is also stated that while recruiting members for the new party, professionals and businessmen have been engaged by creating a structure similar to that of Gotabaya Rajapaksa's Vyatmaga movement.
