Slfp President Maithripala Sirisena has 417 cases against him in connection with the Easter Sunday attacks and several other crimes and he is in deep shock due to this, according to the party's former General Secretary Dayasiri Jayasekara.
Speaking exclusively to an online channel, Dayasiri Jayasekara said that former President Maithripala Sirisena was deeply concerned that he would be arrested in connection with the cases.
Jayasekara says that in order to further increase this fear, those who have taken ministerial positions in the government by betraying the party are working and in this situation, Chairman Sirisena is acting as per their requirement.
